Chili Cook-off here we come!

After much consideration and sleepless nights we decided NOT to take the award-winning Leishman "CAN" chili to the cook off. Instead we made our own and after 5 hours in a slow cooker it is pretty good chili. Wish us luck.

Man! I should have went to cooking school instead of college. I could have been the head chief on a big cruise ship or something. Oh well maybe some day.

An Adventure To The Local Waterfall

Since Mommy was out of town today, Joseph canceled his nap. He and I walked to a nearby waterfall (only 4 miles from our house) 8 miles of walking is quite a bit for a 2 year old especially when there is lots of hills. It only rained on us 3 times!
